Keep the bar area clean, organized, and sanitary, including washing glassware and bar tools, and ensuring all equipment is in good working order.

Sales and transactions:

Process cash and credit card payments accurately using a POS system and manage customer tabs.

Legal compliance:

Verify customer identification to ensure they are of legal drinking age and monitor consumption to ensure responsible service.
