What you'll do Mix and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks with flair and precision. Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and ensuring their needs are met promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area while adhering to food safety and handling standards. Operate POS Toast POS efficiently for order processing and cash handling. Manage inventory levels by restocking supplies, when necessary. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods, including catered events. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours while maintaining quality service. Basic qualifications A minimum of one year bartending experience, in an establishment that is also serves in a full menu, in a fast-paced environment [required]. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is required. Proficient in basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations. Experience with lottery with a focus on Keno [preferred, but not required]. Experience with DoorDash [preferred, but not required].
