Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and energetic Barback to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced nightlife environment. The Barback plays a crucial role in supporting bartenders and ensuring that the bar operates smoothly. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food and beverage industry, particularly in nightclubs or banquet settings. Duties Assist bartenders with the preparation and serving of drinks to customers. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Stock and replenish bar supplies such as liquor, mixers, garnishes, and ice. Buss tables and assist with food service during busy periods. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food handling. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with patrons and addressing their needs promptly. Qualifications Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers. Knowledge of cleaning procedures and sanitation practices within the hospitality industry. Experience working in high-pressure environments while maintaining a positive attitude. A passion for the food industry, with an eagerness to learn about beverages and mixology. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs. Friday & Saturday availability is a must.
Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
