LaRosa's Italian Ristorante | Newburyport, MA LaRosa's Newburyport is looking for an experienced, personable Bartender to join our team. We're a smaller restaurant with a strong local following, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us—not just work behind the bar . This is an opportunity for the right person to help build the personality of our bar, develop relationships with guests, and create a loyal clientele. We're looking for someone who understands that great bartending is about more than making a great drink. It's about remembering names, knowing your guests, creating an experience, and giving people a reason to come back. What We're Looking For Bartending experience in a full-service restaurant or similar environment Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits Friendly, confident, and genuinely outgoing personality Ability to build relationships and develop repeat business Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of the bar Strong communication and guest-service skills Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Someone who enjoys being part of a smaller, close-knit restaurant Must be 18+ What You'll Do Provide exceptional, personable service to bar and restaurant guests Prepare cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages with consistency and attention to detail Create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages guests to become regulars Learn our food and beverage offerings and confidently make recommendations Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar Help contribute ideas for cocktails, promotions, and ways to grow the bar business Work closely with the restaurant team to create a great overall guest experience Why LaRosa's? As we continue to grow our catering, events, dining, and beverage programs, there is room for the right person to grow with us. Pay:
$28.00 - $38.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 per week
