systems Follow all food safety and alcohol service regulations to ensure responsible serving practices Manage multiple orders efficiently during busy periods through effective time management Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators to support catering, banquet, or nightclub functions Uphold high standards of customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and courteously Assist in food handling and serving when necessary to support overall restaurant or food industry operations Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, banquet, or food service environments preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse clientele effectively Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and calculating bills accurately Ability to manage time efficiently during high-volume shifts in fast-paced settings Previous experience in hospitality or food industry roles is advantageous Knowledge of brewing processes or catering services is a plus but not required Join us to be part of a dynamic team that values enthusiasm, professionalism, and exceptional guest experiences.
