Job Description
Position Summary We are seeking energetic, hospitality-driven Bartenders to join our team. The ideal candidate creates exceptional guest experiences while delivering consistent beverage quality, maintaining a clean and organized bar, and operating effectively in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Successful candidates are personable, detail-oriented, and thrive under pressure while balancing hospitality, salesmanship, and operational execution. Whether serving guests at the bar or supporting the dining room, our bartenders play a key role in creating memorable experiences and driving overall restaurant success. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes and presentation standards Deliver outstanding guest service through positive interaction, product knowledge, and attention to detail Build relationships with guests and create a welcoming, high-energy atmosphere Accurately take and process orders through POS systems Maintain speed and efficiency during peak business periods Ensure beverage quality, consistency, and proper portion control Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area throughout service Perform opening, running side work, and closing responsibilities Assist with bar prep and setup including juices, garnishes, syrups, and batching when applicable Monitor inventory levels and communicate product needs to management Follow all company cash handling and payment procedures Verify guest identification and uphold responsible alcohol service standards Work collaboratively with servers, kitchen staff, managers, and support team members Follow all health, sanitation, and food safety standards Assist with private events, seasonal business demands, and special promotions as needed Qualifications Previous bartending experience preferred in high-volume restaurant, hospitality, or bar environments Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits Strong communication and hospitality skills Ability to multitask and maintain composure during busy shifts Strong sales mindset with the ability to promote featured cocktails, specials, and pairings Experience with POS systems preferred Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and ID verification procedures Strong cash handling and basic math skills Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Lift and carry up to 40 pounds Reach, bend, stoop, and move quickly throughout the shift Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
