Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently, following recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and swiftly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and reconcile tabs with precision using retail math skills. Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and communicate needs to management proactively. Support catering events, banquets, or nightclub functions by serving drinks professionally and managing multiple tables or stations. Skills Proven experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing busy periods. Effective time management to juggle multiple orders during peak hours without compromising quality. Familiarity with food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving laws. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing. Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques including brewing or mixing cocktails; catering or banquet experience is advantageous.
