Bar Back About Us We are a dynamic hospitality organization operating unique dining establishments along on Cape Cod. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional culinary and beverage experiences that showcase the creative cuisine and mixology. Position Overview We are seeking hardworking and detail-oriented Bar Backs to support our bar operations. The ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a desire to learn about the bartending profession. Key Responsibilities Assist bartenders by restocking bar supplies, including glassware, garnishes, and liquor Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including washing glassware and wiping down surfaces Change kegs and restock beer coolers Prepare garnishes and simple syrups Assist in maintaining proper inventory levels and reporting low stock to bartenders or management Help with opening and closing procedures Collect and properly dispose of trash and recyclables Assist bartenders with customer service as needed Learn bartending skills and cocktail recipes in preparation for future advancement Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old (21+ preferred where required by law) High school diploma or equivalent Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Excellent teamwork and communication skills Desire to learn about bartending and mixology Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
