Manage cash handling and POS transactions accurately using systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Assist in setting up for special events like banquets or nightclub nights, including catering and serving duties as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours while managing time effectively. Skills Proven experience in food and beverage service, especially in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Solid understanding of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously without compromising quality. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order totaling. Experience with beverage preparation techniques including brewing or mixing cocktails; knowledge of serving alcohol responsibly is essential.
