October at Rockafellas is not your average bartending shift. Think you can keep up? We're looking for experienced bartenders to join our team for Salem's busiest season. What we're looking for: Minimum 1 year of high-volume bartending experience Weekend availability throughout October is required Strong cocktail, beer & wine knowledge Clean, neat and highly organized behind the bar Self-motivated with the ability to anticipate what needs to be done Fast, efficient and able to stay composed under pressure Reliable, team-oriented and ready to jump in when needed If you thrive behind a busy bar and know how to handle serious volume without sacrificing great service, we want to hear from you.
