Bartender

Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards. Manage cash handling, POS transactions (including Aloha POS and Micros POS systems), and billing accurately. Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to coordinate food and beverage service seamlessly. Uphold responsible alcohol service policies, including checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication. Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, especially within fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings. Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient sales processing. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy periods without compromising quality. Exceptional customer service skills to create welcoming atmospheres for diverse guests. Familiarity with food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, retail math calculations, and sales transactions.
