Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team at Marshland Restaurants and Bakeries. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest service in our family-friendly environment.

Duties:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Deliver food and beverages promptly
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them regularly
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order preparation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the food industry, preferably in fine dining or hospitality
• Proficiency with Toast POS system
• Strong knowledge of food handling and preparation techniques
• Excellent guest relations skills with a focus on providing top-notch service
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Team player attitude with a willingness to help colleagues when needed
