Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and foster repeat business. Maintain a clean and organized bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Monitor guest consumption levels responsibly, adhering to alcohol service regulations and promoting safe drinking practices. Handle cash transactions efficiently while balancing registers at shift end using retail math skills. Provide table service and collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage service. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels, restocking supplies, and communicating needs to management. Uphold high standards of customer service by addressing guest inquiries promptly and resolving any issues professionally. Contribute to a lively atmosphere while ensuring all guests enjoy a safe and enjoyable environment. Follow all food handling procedures and food safety guidelines diligently to ensure guest health and safety. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders while maintaining quality service. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele in a fun and friendly yet professional manner. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing. Experience in serving alcohol responsibly according to legal regulations; knowledge of alcohol laws is preferred. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and special events as needed. Previous bar experience is required Enthusiasm for hospitality, brewing knowledge is beneficial but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
