Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Prepare and serve a variety of drinks including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits with precision and flair Develop and suggest beverage recipes to enhance the menu and delight guests' palates Ensure proper food handling, safety standards, and cleanliness in accordance with food safety regulations Process cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and retail math calculations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders during both regular service and banquet events Maintain a clean, organized bar area and dining space to promote a welcoming environment Stay informed about current beverage trends, including brewing techniques and cocktail innovations Assist with bar management duties as needed, supporting overall restaurant operations Experience Previous food service experience in a fast-paced restaurant or fine dining setting is highly preferred Proven track record with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Strong knowledge of wine varieties, spirits, craft beers, and mixology techniques Experience in beverage recipe development and cocktail crafting Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to manage time effectively during busy service hours while maintaining attention to detail Experience working in hospitality industry roles including catering or banquet settings is advantageous Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing retail math calculations Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
