Bartender

Job Overview Must have bartending experience or willing to learn how to bartend. We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, providing exceptional customer service while creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving drinks, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working condition. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Assist in managing inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed and tracking usage. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages. Utilize Aloha POS system for processing orders and payments efficiently. Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and promotional offerings to enhance guest experience. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus. Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations within the restaurant environment. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Culinary knowledge related to drink preparation and presentation is advantageous. Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality are essential for success in this role.
