- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Operate cash registers and handle payments accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Adhere to all food safety and beverage regulations
- Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for guests
- Assist in setting up and closing down the bar area Experience
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or banquet setting
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse customer requests
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
