Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations, including service flow, and beverage service to ensure smooth and efficient functioning Bartend lunch and dinner Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety Manage inventory control Manage staff performance, and handle interviewing and onboarding of new team members Handle customer inquiries or complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Proven experience in a full service restaurant, as a bartender and manager Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling expertise required Knowledge of food safety management practices and food handling regulations Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills for team management and training purposes cool under pressure and great with people Must be available Thursdays-Sunday Must be proficient in
