Who we are Pub Dog is a craft beer and pizza concept with 3 Maryland pub locations and a brewery. We were established in the historic Federal Hill neighborhood of Baltimore in 2001. We have worked hard to build a great culture and vibe. We are a favorite among service-industry staff and have built a large group of loyal regular customers at all of our locations. The people who do this job love this job and keep this job. What we're looking for Pub Dog is looking for a strong bartender, lead bartender, shift lead, or high-level restaurant/bar employee who is ready to take the next step. You do not need to already be a full restaurant manager. We provide thorough, hands-on management training. What matters most is that you are hardworking, upbeat, reliable, guest-focused, and comfortable taking ownership during a busy shift. What this role is This is best described as a cross-position between bartending and management. Our managers work full bartending shifts while leading the team around them.
