This engagement is structured for an independent contractor providing services on an as-needed, event-by-event basis. No regular schedule, minimum number of assignments, or minimum number of service hours is guaranteed.

ACCOUNTABLE FOR
Providing professional bartending, beverage service, guest service, event setup and breakdown support, and related hospitality services for accepted assignments while maintaining service quality, professionalism, cleanliness, safety, and compliance with applicable event, venue, and alcohol-service requirements.
As needed based on scheduled events and business needs. This is not a regularly scheduled engagement. Service opportunities may include private events, corporate functions, receptions, celebrations, meetings, special events, and other hospitality assignments. The contractor may accept or decline available assignments based on availability. Once an assignment is accepted, the contractor is responsible for completing the agreed services during the authorized event service period. Assignments may occur during weekdays, evenings, weekends, or holidays depending on event needs. No minimum number of assignments, service hours, or recurring schedule is guaranteed.
CONTRACT RATE
$50.00 per authorized service hour The contractor will be compensated for authorized service hours associated with accepted assignments in accordance with the executed Independent Contractor Agreement or applicable event assignment. The contractor must submit accurate invoices identifying the event or assignment date, authorized service hours, applicable services, and any required supporting documentation. Setup and breakdown time is compensable only when included in the authorized assignment or otherwise approved.
BENEFITS PACKAGE
Not applicable. This is an independent-contractor engagement. The contractor is responsible for applicable taxes, insurance, certifications, licenses, transportation, ordinary business expenses, and other independent-business obligations.
ANTICIPATED TRAVEL
Local travel to accepted event venues and authorized service locations as needed. The contractor is responsible for reliable transportation unless otherwise specified for a particular assignment.
SUMMARY OF CONTRACTED SERVICES
The Mobile Bartender / Server provides professional bartending, serving, and hospitality services on an as-needed, event-by-event basis for authorized events supported by Enterprise Management Solutions, LLC. Services may include beverage preparation and service, guest assistance, food and beverage support, service-area maintenance, authorized transactions, and event setup and breakdown. Assignments are not continuous or regularly scheduled. Event location, authorized service times, duties, and requirements will be communicated for each available assignment. The contractor is expected to provide professional, courteous, and efficient service while maintaining cleanliness, safety, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable alcohol-service and venue requirements.
BARTENDING AND BEVERAGE SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES
Set up and maintain clean, organized bar and beverage-service areas. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to event requirements. Follow approved drink menus, portion guidelines, venue rules, and responsible alcohol-service practices. Verify identification when required and refuse or discontinue alcohol service when appropriate. Monitor guest behavior and promptly report intoxication, safety concerns, or disruptive conduct. Maintain needed supplies, including ice, mixers, garnishes, glassware, beverages, and service materials. Handle authorized POS, cash, credit-card, or inventory responsibilities when assigned.
SERVER AND GUEST SERVICE RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet and assist guests professionally. Provide beverage, food, tray, banquet, or table service as assigned. Maintain clean and orderly guest-service areas and replenish supplies as needed. Coordinate professionally with event staff, caterers, vendors, venue personnel, and client representatives. Communicate guest concerns or special requests to the appropriate event contact.
EVENT SETUP AND BREAKDOWN RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with setup and breakdown of bars, beverage stations, service tables, supplies, and related event equipment. Ensure assigned service areas are properly stocked and ready before guest arrival. Clean and organize assigned areas, supplies, and equipment at the conclusion of the event. Report missing, damaged, or broken items when applicable.
RESPONSIBLE ALCOHOL SERVICE AND SAFETY
Follow applicable alcohol-service, safety, and venue requirements. Do not knowingly serve alcohol to underage individuals or continue service when it should be refused. Promptly report suspected underage drinking, intoxication, unsafe conditions, or other significant concerns. Maintain a safe service area and promptly address or report spills, broken glass, and other hazards. Do not consume alcohol while providing contracted services. The contractor may only purchase, transport, sell, or furnish alcoholic beverages on behalf of EMS when specifically authorized for the applicable event.
ADDITIONAL / EVENT-SPECIFIC SERVICES
Support reasonable event-service changes, guest needs, supply issues, or service interruptions within the accepted scope. Assist with spills, breakage, or other service-related incidents. Complete required event, inventory, transaction, or incident documentation. Perform other bartending, serving, or hospitality services consistent with the accepted assignment.
CONTRACTOR QUALIFICATIONS AND BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS
Prior bartending, banquet, catering, restaurant, hospitality, or event-service experience preferred. Knowledge of professional bartending and responsible alcohol-service practices. Ability to prepare common mixed drinks and follow event-specific beverage menus. Strong guest-service, communication, organization, and time-management skills. Ability to work professionally and efficiently in fast-paced event environments. Ability to use point-of-sale or payment systems when required. Reliable transportation to accepted event locations. Must meet applicable age, certification, alcohol-service, and venue requirements. Alcohol-awareness or responsible-beverage-service certification preferred and may be required for certain assignments. Completed Form W-9 and other required contractor documentation. Ability to meet applicable insurance, screening, and venue-access requirements.
CONTRACTOR INDEPENDENCE
Services are provided on an as-needed, assignment-by-assignment 1099 basis .
The contractor:
May accept or decline assignments before committing. Has no fixed schedule or guaranteed minimum hours or events. May provide services to other clients subject to confidentiality and conflict-of-interest requirements. Is responsible for applicable taxes, insurance, certifications, licenses, transportation, and business expenses. Is responsible for completing accepted assignments according to agreed event requirements and professional standards. Once an assignment is accepted, the contractor is expected to fulfill the agreed service commitment in accordance with the Independent Contractor Agreement.
TOOLS, EQUIPMENT, AND SUPPLIES
The contractor may be expected to maintain ordinary professional bartending tools. EMS, the client, caterer, or venue may provide event-specific beverages, equipment, supplies, glassware, POS access, or other resources. Provided equipment and supplies must be used appropriately, and any loss, damage, shortage, or malfunction must be reported promptly.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Prolonged standing and walking during events. Frequent reaching, bending, carrying, serving, and repetitive hand movements. Ability to handle trays, glassware, beverages, ice, supplies, and service materials. Ability to work safely and communicate effectively in busy or noisy environments.
WORKING CONDITIONS
As-needed, mobile, event-based environment with no regularly scheduled weekly hours. Assignments may occur indoors or outdoors at private, corporate, banquet, or other event locations. Events may occur during weekdays, evenings, weekends, or holidays. Work may involve crowded, noisy, fast-paced, or changing environments. Regular interaction with guests, clients, caterers, vendors, and event personnel.

PERFORMANCE AND QUALITY STANDARDS
Successful performance includes: Reporting as agreed and being prepared for accepted assignments. Maintaining clean, organized, safe, and guest-ready service areas. Preparing and serving beverages accurately and efficiently. Providing professional and courteous guest service. Following responsible alcohol-service and safety requirements. Maintaining accurate transaction, inventory, or event records when required. Promptly reporting shortages, guest concerns, safety issues, or service problems. Completing required setup, service, and breakdown responsibilities. Protecting client, guest, payment, and event information. Failure to meet accepted service, safety, confidentiality, or contractual requirements may affect future assignments or result in termination of the contractor relationship under the applicable agreement.
FEES, INVOICING, AND EXPENSES
The contractor will be compensated at $50.00 per authorized service hour for accepted as-needed assignments .
Invoices must accurately identify:
