Duties Prepare and serve a diverse selection of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and specialty drinks, following established recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote beverage sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards. Process cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as XN POS. Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to elevate the guest experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering events or banquets to ensure seamless service in high-volume settings like nightclubs or large gatherings. Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and recognizing signs of intoxication. Experience Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings with a strong knowledge of mixology techniques. Demonstrated expertise in cocktail creation, beverage recipe development, wine knowledge, and craft beer experience. Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions efficiently. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively while managing multiple orders simultaneously. Experience working in food service environments that emphasize food safety standards and responsible alcohol service. Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail in beverage presentation.
