Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, and craft beers with precision and flair. Engage with guests warmly, providing excellent customer service and personalized drink recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards. Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, processing payments efficiently. Develop new beverage recipes and refine existing ones to keep our menu fresh and exciting. Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and place orders to ensure the bar is well-stocked at all times. Uphold responsible alcohol service policies by checking IDs and managing guest intoxication levels responsibly. Skills Extensive experience with POS systems like Toast POS for processing transactions smoothly. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, spirits, wine varieties, and craft beer brewing processes. Proven ability to manage time effectively during busy hours while maintaining high-quality service standards. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that enhances guest satisfaction. Experience working in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable. Solid understanding of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
