Summary The Banquet Bartender is responsible for providing exceptional beverage service during events, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests. This role involves setting up and breaking down the bar, preparing and serving drinks efficiently, maintaining a clean andanized work area, and adhering to all alcohol service regulations.

What You'll Do:

Casual conversation, creativity, and allows for building on one's style. Assessing guest need, preferences, and making rmendations. Comply with state and local serving guidelines. Be knowledgeable about drink ingredients, and preparation techniques. Be well versed in all hotel information, including other restaurants, and offered amenities. Customize the guest experience by appreciating unique guest needs. Place proper attention to appearance and presentation of all beverages. Ensure bar is set and the surrounding area is clean. Be resourceful and go above and beyond when fulfilling a guest's special requests. Communicate to managers and supervisors of any guest concerns or issues. The last guest enjoys the same clean and presentable experience as the first. Ad to all hotel and departmental standards and polices, including attendance, cash handling, and side work responsibilities. Qualifications Previous Bartending experience. A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment. Refined verbalmunication skills. Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight. Must be available to work flexible shifts including mid-shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays.
