This role requires a high level of professionalism, extensive product knowledge, and a commitment to providing courteous, attentive, and personalized service. The Casual Dining Bartender is expected to consistently uphold the Club's service standards, policies, and operational procedures, while working collaboratively with the Casual Dining Manager to ensure an outstanding guest experience and efficient daily operations The ideal candidate is friendly, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating speed, accuracy, and consistency in beverage preparation while delivering exceptional service to members and guests. They must communicate professionally, follow instructions effectively, and multitask under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude and high standards of performance. The candidate must also be able to stand for up to 10 hours during a shift and safely lift, carry, push, or pull items weighing between 10 and 50 pounds as needed to perform job duties.
