Turf Valley Resort's Members Grill is looking for one Server/Bartender to greet guests warmly, offer menu insights, and serve courses and beverages.

Duties and Responsibilities:

I. MONITORING YOUR ASSIGNED TABLES

Greet your guests in a friendly mannerMake suggestions and answer questions regarding food, daily specials, beverages and alcoholic beveragesKnowledgeable of the ingredients in all entreesKnowledgeable of beer, wines and liquor and make recommendations to guestsServe courses from kitchen and service barAssess and anticipate customer's needsClean and clear customer's tableProvide quality service to customers

II. PROCESSING FOOD ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Ring orders on the computerProcess special food requestsProcess carry out ordersProcess complimentary offers, discounts and voidsTotal bills and accept payment

III. OPERATE KITCHEN EQUIPMENT IV. INTERACT WITH TEAM MEMBERS EFFECTIVELY AND PROFESSIONALLY V. MAINTAIN SPECIFIC SIDEWORK

Qualifications:

Preferred minimum of 1-3 years of polished casual dining restaurant server experience.

Preferred minimum of 1-3 years of polished bartending experience.

Availability to work with flexibility to work 3-4 days per week to include weekends as needed.

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Exposure to hot and cold temperatures, reaching, bending, and handling soapy water.

Must be 21 years or older due to alcohol service.
