Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Manage cash handling, POS transactions and accurate billing for all orders. Monitor inventory levels regularly; restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth service during busy hours. Uphold responsible serving practices by verifying guest ages, monitoring alcohol consumption, and preventing over-serving. Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators during catering, banquet events, or nightclub functions to deliver seamless service. Follow all food handling procedures and safety protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations. Assist in training new team members on POS systems, serving techniques, and customer service standards. Experience Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant, nightclub, or banquet setting is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during high-volume shifts while maintaining excellent customer service. Previous experience with high-volume bar service Experience working in diverse environments such as brewing establishments or catering events is advantageous.
