Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wines, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols. Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems (Toast). Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to support food service. Experience Experience as a bartender in fine dining or high-volume environments. Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast for processing transactions efficiently. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders swiftly while maintaining quality standards. Demonstrated customer service excellence with the ability to engage guests and create a welcoming atmosphere. Experience in food handling, food safety practices, and basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations.
