Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or food pairings to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards Process cash and card transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Develop and refine beverage recipes to keep offerings fresh, innovative, and aligned with current trends in mixology and craft beer Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service Collaborate with kitchen staff during food service events like banquets or catering functions to ensure seamless guest experiences Requirements Proven experience in bartending, including cocktail mixing, wine knowledge, and beverage recipe development Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions efficiently Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders during busy periods without compromising quality Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach that fosters guest loyalty Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in a hospitality setting Experience working in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet environments is highly desirable Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and drink measurements confidently Join us if you're passionate about creating lively atmospheres where guests feel welcomed and valued!
