Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Lead Bartender to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind creating exceptional beverage experiences, leading our bartending team, and ensuring smooth service during busy hours. Your expertise in craft cocktails, wine, beer, and food service will elevate our guests' experience while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and efficiency. Responsibilities Lead and motivate the bartending team to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair. Develop new beverage recipes to keep our menu fresh and exciting for guests. Oversee bar operations using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness, food safety standards, and responsible alcohol service at all times. Manage cash handling, processing cash transactions efficiently while balancing registers at shift end. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless food and beverage pairing during events or regular service. Qualifications Proven experience in bartending with strong cocktail mixing skills (mixology) and beverage recipe development. Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, craft beer, and beverage trends within the hospitality industry. Experience working with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; familiarity with cashiering and food handling procedures. Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Prior leadership experience as a lead or supervisor in a bar or restaurant setting preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Background in fine dining, nightclub, banquet, or catering environments is highly desirable.
