Fajita Grande Hagerstown is seeking an experienced Bartender/Shift Supervisor to join our fast-paced, high-volume team. This hybrid role blends front-of-house leadership with bartending responsibilities. The ideal candidate has strong bar experience, proven team-management skills, and thrives in a dynamic, guest-focused environment. You will serve as a leader during assigned management shifts while also executing high-quality bartending service during bar shifts or just as Shift Supervisor. This job requires strong leadership and discipline. The role will require you to do few management and few bartending shifts a week.

It is also a position that may lead to restaurant manager or general manager Must be located within 15-20 minute commute to the restaurant Must have alcohol awareness certification Must have experience being on a position of leadership, shift lead or trainer

Key Responsibilities Bartending Duties:

Prepare and serve beverages efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with recipes and service standards. Maintain bar stock, cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations. Engage guests in a friendly, professional manner; provide knowledgeable recommendations. Handle cash and process transactions accurately. Key Holder /

Management Duties:

Close the restaurant following established procedures. Oversee daily operations during assigned management shifts, ensuring smooth service flow. Support and supervise front-of-house staff; provide coaching and direction as needed. Handle guest concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally. Assist with staff breaks, floor management, and shift transitions. Complete shift reports, cash handling, and basic administrative tasks. Requirements Previous bartending experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Prior leadership or supervisory experience (Key Holder, Shift Lead, Supervisor, etc.

). Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively. Open availability , with a set schedule provided ; must be able to work morning and night shifts . Reliable, professional, and guest-service oriented. Preferred Qualifications Experience with POS systems such as Aloha and cash management. Alcohol awareness certification Knowledge of craft cocktails, wine, beer and tequila. Familiarity with restaurant safety and sanitation standards and be willing to complete a Manager Serve Safe course within 30 days of hire. What We Offer A predictable, set schedule each week. Pay:

$850.00 - $1,300.00 per week or $19 to $25 an hour plus tips, pay also depends on the level of experience and how fast the candidate can grasp the job knowledge
