As a Barback at MGM National Harbor, you'll learn the craft, support a talented bar team, and help create unforgettable guest experiences. Assist bartenders with preparing beverages, mixes, garnishes, and bar setups Maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of the bar area Stock and replenish alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, glassware, garnishes, ice, and supplies Properly label, organize, and store products according to company and safety standards Clean and polish glassware, equipment, tools, and workstations Perform opening and closing duties based on shift assignment Deliver exceptional guest service by responding to inquiries and anticipating guest needs Support bartenders and teammates in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Resolve guest concerns within scope of authority and escalate issues when necessary Follow all health, safety, sanitation, and responsible beverage service guidelinesTHE IDEAL CANDIDATE
At least 21 years of age Previous bartending experience (preferred)THE PERKS & BENEFITS
