Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cashiering duties and cash handling responsibilities. Monitor alcohol consumption for responsible serving practices, ensuring compliance with legal regulations. Assist in setting up for events like banquets or catering functions, providing seamless service during busy nights or special occasions. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is essential for efficient order processing. Strong time management skills to juggle multiple tables or bar stations while maintaining high service standards. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that enhances guest experiences. Knowledge of food safety protocols, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations. Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math for sales tracking, and calculations related to beverage measurements. Prior experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is advantageous; brewing or catering experience is a plus.
