Experienced Bartender

Michaels, MD) Ava's Pizzeria & Wine Bar is looking for a skilled and passionate bartender to join our team in St. Michaels, MD . We need someone who knows how to work a busy bar, craft exceptional cocktails, and create a welcoming experience for every guest. What You'll Be Doing:

Crafting classic and signature cocktails with precision and consistency. Engaging with guests, providing top-tier hospitality and recommendations. Managing bar inventory, prep, and ensuring full stock at all times. Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient bar space. Collaborating with the team to deliver an outstanding service experience.

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume setting. Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wine, and beer. Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure. A positive, team-first attitude with excellent communication skills. Availability to work nights, weekends, and some holidays.
