Bartender

Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, adhering to recipes and presentation standards. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Manage multiple orders simultaneously while maintaining high quality and attention to detail. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately using Toast POS. Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe environment. Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and utensils as needed to ensure smooth service flow. Follow all food safety protocols related to food handling, serving, and alcohol service. Demonstrate strong sales skills by upselling drinks and promoting specials to maximize revenue opportunities. Experience Previous experience as a bartender is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS systems, Ideally Toast. Proven ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Experience with food safety practices and food handling regulations within the food industry. Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage trends is a plus for enhancing guest offerings. Strong math skills for basic retail math, cash handling, and tab management are required. Prior retail math or hospitality experience will support your success in this role.
