Bartender
Join Our Team at Carroll Lutheran Village! We're looking for a dedicated PRN Bartender to support our warm, mission-driven community. This flexible, as-needed role offers a variety of shifts, including 4:00pm-8:00pm on select days, with opportunities to pick up additional coverage as needed. Must have weekday and weekend availability.

What You'll Do as a
CLV Bartender:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring proper garnishes and presentation.
- Arrange bar or cart supplies and glassware to create visually appealing displays.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bar/cart area at all times.
- Accurately record all sales, collect payments, and operate the cash register in accordance with facility cash handling procedures.
- Prepare and/or sell food items as needed.
- Conduct inventory checks, assess stock levels, and submit orders or requisitions in a timely manner to ensure sufficient supply of all necessary items.
- Ad to all departmental procedures and facility policies.
- Foster and maintain effective working relationships with team members and other departments to support seamless service.
- Promote a welcoming, positive, and calm atmosp throughout the department.
- Attend and actively participate in workshops, seminars, and in-service training programs.
- Complete TAM (Techniques of Alcohol Management) training and successfully pass the competency test, as required by the Carroll County Board of License Commissioners.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-2 years bartending experience or formal training is preferred and should be verifiable.
- Must comply with all state and local laws regarding the sale and service of alcoholic beverages, as required by the State of Maryland.
