Antonia's Pizzeria Bar & Grill is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team! Experienced servers can make $1500+ per week (hourly wage plus tips). Candidates applying for a server position would be responsible for (but not limited to): Year round availability (not seasonal) Greeting guests at the door Preparing tables (full-service section) (hosts as well) Bussing Setting up menus Setting napkins/silverware Knowing all menu items, and ingredients in menu items Awareness of reservations Assist customers to their tables Suggesting appetizers Suggesting drinks Informing customer regarding food preparation details (as needed) Maintaining a proper dining experience for guests Delivering items (not letting them sit in the window) Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Fulfilling customer needs/requests Refilling drinks Removing course dishes (pre-bussing tables) Offering desserts Obtaining revenue, printing receipt, returning change
