Server/ Bartender

The Blue Feather Kitchen & Bar is a casual yet elevated restaurant and bar located in downtown Lewiston. We take pride in offering exceptional food, creative cocktails, and a welcoming atmosphere. We're looking for a motivated and personable Bartender/Server to join our team.

Position Overview:

The Server/Bartender is responsible for providing guests with outstanding service, crafting high-quality cocktails, and ensuring a positive dining and bar experience. This role will include both serving and bartending shifts based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and accuracy Provide friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service to all guests Take food and beverage orders, enter them accurately into the POS system, and ensure timely delivery Maintain a clean and organized bar and service area Assist with bar setup, breakdown, restocking, and inventory Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service policies Work collaboratively with team members and management to ensure smooth service Handle cash and card transactions accurately

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year bartending experience Must be willing to work both bartending and serving shifts Evening and weekend availability required Excellent customer service and communication skills Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment Must be of legal age to serve alcohol •Serving minimum wage plus tips
