Bartender and Server

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware/utensils and rolling utensils as necessary Engage with customers, taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Answer phone inquiries and to go orders Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, placing orders as necessary or communicating as necessary with management. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines while handling food and beverages. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods. Assist in training new staff members on bar procedures and customer service standards. Experience Previous experience in bartending or a related hospitality role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests. Basic math skills for cash handling and drink measurements. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Familiarity with brewing techniques or specialty drinks is a plus. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. A willingness to help colleagues and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
