The ideal candidate will have experience with liquor, spirits, and wines, as well as a welcoming presence with guests and impressive mechanical skills behind the bar. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while providing exceptional customer service. Your ability to manage time efficiently, handle orders accurately, work alongside a team, and maintain an organized workspace will be crucial in this fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Engage with customers to provide a memorable dining experience, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly. Manage cash and card handling processes, including processing payments and maintaining accurate tabs for patrons. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service during high-volume periods. Assist in resetting the bar and inventories following the shift. Stay informed about new drink recipes, trends in the beverage industry, and seasonal offerings to enhance the menu. Input is welcome and encouraged for both of house cocktails, spirits selections, and rotating seasonal items. Skills Impressive pouring mechanics. A baseline knowledge of bartending, drinks, and ingredients. A knowledge of wine is highly desired and emphasized for candidacy. Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences. Time management abilities to efficiently handle multiple orders during busy shifts. Ability to handle carryout over the phone is a plus. Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
