As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by crafting high-quality beverages and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment, glassware, and supplies. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Manage cash handling and POS transactions accurately. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices. Experience Previous bartending experience in a fine dining or nightclub setting is preferred, but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a positive guest experience. Knowledge of sales strategies to enhance beverage offerings and promote specials is advantageous.
