Bartender

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our Bee Well team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks will ensure a lively atmosphere where guests feel welcomed and valued. You'll play a key role in maintaining a fun, safe, and efficient environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS system Square. Engage with guests warmly, taking orders and providing excellent customer service that encourages repeat visits. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Manage cash handling responsibilities including cashiering, basic math calculations, and processing payments securely. Restock bar supplies, monitor inventory levels, and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations during busy hours. Ensure compliance with all alcohol serving laws and regulations, including checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption for safety. Handle multiple responsibilities efficiently through effective time management in fast-paced environment. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or catering environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with POS system Square is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts seamlessly while maintaining quality service. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing. Previous experience in restaurant or retail food industry settings is advantageous; banquet experience is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and special event days.
