Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and bar supplies; restock as needed to ensure seamless service. Collaborate with kitchen staff during events like banquets or catering functions to coordinate food and beverage service smoothly. Skills Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, craft beers, and spirits. Proficiency in POS systems such as Toast POS or Micros POS for efficient order processing and cash handling. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that fosters guest loyalty. Experience working in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly desirable. Ability to develop creative beverage recipes and stay current on industry trends in brewing and mixology.
