We're currently hiring for Hosts/Barback to support our team and help create a welcoming, seamless dining experience. Whether you're greeting guests or keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, you play an essential role in the flow, energy, and feel of our space.

Host / Hostess

Position Summary Our Hosts are the first impression of Provisions—setting the tone with warmth, organization, and attention to detail. You'll manage the flow of the dining room, greet guests with ease, and ensure every table is thoughtfully placed to support both the guest experience and service team. What You'll Do Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage the seating flow of the dining room Escort guests to tables, provide menus, and introduce their server Balance seating across sections while honoring guest preferences when possible Monitor dining room activity and communicate with service staff to maintain efficiency Check table settings and service stations for cleanliness and readiness Assist guests with questions and ensure overall satisfaction Support servers and support staff as needed (resetting tables, running items, etc.) Qualifications Must be at least 16 years old Strong communication and organizational skills A welcoming, guest-first mindset Ability to stay composed in a fast-paced environment Previous experience is a plus, but not required Barback Position Summary Our Support Staff keeps everything running behind the scenes. From resetting tables to maintaining clean, stocked stations, this role is essential to the overall flow and success of service. What You'll Do Reset tables quickly and accurately for the next guests Stock stations with polished glassware, utensils, ice, and supplies Clean and maintain dishware, glassware, and front-of-house areas Assist with dish machine setup, breakdown, and proper operation Ensure sanitation and health standards are consistently met Keep storage areas, dish areas, and workspaces clean and organized Complete daily side work and assigned tasks thoroughly Assist at the host stand and escort guests when needed Qualifications Entry-level role; no experience required Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset Ability to stay active and organized in a fast-paced environment Willingness to jump in wherever needed What We're Looking For (Both Roles) A positive attitude and genuine interest in hospitality Team players who take pride in supporting others Attention to detail and a sense of responsibility Ability to communicate clearly and work efficiently Physical Requirements Ability to be on your feet for extended periods Ability to lift 20-30 lbs regularly Comfortable bending, walking, and moving throughout a busy space If you enjoy being part of a team, take pride in creating a welcoming environment, and want to grow in the hospitality industry, we'd love to meet you.

Pay:

$13.00 - $16.00 per hour
