Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our farm as a Barn Assistant.- At this time we are seeking someone for WEEKEND MORNINGS and 2+ afternoon shifts , but can be flexible based on your interest
MUST HAVE HORSE EXPERIENCE
Responsibilities:
- Feeding Horses
- Turn horses out from pasture/bring in from pasture
- (AM ONLY) Clean stalls
- (AM ONLY) Sweep/leaf blow aisles
- General tidying up around the farm
- Operate/drive gator
Shift Times:
MORNING:
7:30AM-12:30 PM- $70/shift
AFTERNOON
3PM-5PM- $40/shift
Requirements:
- Must be able to perform heavy lifting and manual labor tasks
- Must be able to handle well-behaved horses on the ground
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions This is a paid position.
