Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of food items with precision and care, ensuring food safety standards are met at all times Mix and serve a wide range of cocktails, utilizing your mixology skills and beverage recipe knowledge to delight guests Take orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, processing cash and card transactions efficiently Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests warmly, answering questions about menu items, wine pairings, and craft beer options Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and bar areas while adhering to health regulations and food handling protocols Assist in developing new beverage recipes and enhancing existing drink menus to keep offerings fresh and exciting Support banquet and catering events as needed, ensuring all food and beverage service exceeds guest expectations Requirements Proven experience in food service, bartending, or restaurant environments with a focus on fine dining or hospitality industry standards Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing transactions accurately Demonstrated skills in mixology, spirits knowledge, wine pairing, craft beer experience, and beverage recipe development Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during busy hours Ability to serve with professionalism in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and food cost management Food safety certification or willingness to obtain required certifications prior to employment Experience with banquet service or catering is a plus; familiarity with food industry standards is highly desirable Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering top-tier hospitality experiences!
