COOKS & BARTENDERS Splash Universe Waterpark Resort 100 Whitetail Drive, Dundee, MI 48131 Splash Universe Waterpark Resort is looking for energetic, dependable team members to join our Food & Beverage department. We are currently hiring cooks and bartenders for full-time and part-time positions.

COOK RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and cook food according to established recipes and quality standards Keep the kitchen, equipment, and workstations clean and organized Follow all food-safety and sanitation procedures Restock supplies and assist with inventory Work efficiently during busy periods Cooperate with other kitchen and service team members

BARTENDER RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages Provide friendly, attentive service to guests Verify identification and follow all alcohol-service laws Process cash and credit-card transactions accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar Monitor guests and practice responsible alcohol service

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Dependable, punctual, and professional Positive attitude and strong customer-service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays Previous restaurant, kitchen, or bartending experience is preferred Food-safety or responsible alcohol-service certification is a plus Bartender applicants must meet all legal age and licensing requirements

Pay:

$14.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 35.0 per week
