Full Job Description Duties:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Collect payment from customers and process transactions accurately
• Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar area for events or banquets
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders
• Stay updated on current drink trends and new cocktail recipes

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and cashiering skills
• Familiarity with basic math and retail math concepts
• Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages, brewing methods, and cocktail recipes is a plus
• Must be at least 18 years old
