We are currently recruiting for a full-time Nurse Manager (RN) for our Long-Term Care unit (36 beds).

Salary:

Up to $85,000 Monday - Friday, Day Shift 4.6 Glassdoor Rating (92% of employees would recommend working at Burcham Hills to a friend!) Free parking Growth opportunities Employee Assistance Program to all employees Employee recognition programs Beautiful, resort-like campus on 38 acres Here are some of the Nurse Manager responsibilities: Oversee the 36-bed Long-Term Care unit Evaluate and adjust nursing care to meet goals, update care plans, and assess residents' conditions or placements. Monitor medication, supply, and equipment inventory. Conduct routine and corrective audits as directed. Oversee wound care with the Skin and Wound Program and Wound Nurse, completing documentation in their absence. Manage investigations of incidents/accidents in PCC/Risk Management, ensuring root-cause analysis and care plan updates. Participate in surveys and investigations made by authorized government agencies, and consultants as appropriate. Supervises, directs and provides mentorship to nursing personnel on all shifts. Participates in staffing, scheduling, counseling, orientation, disciplinary action and evaluation of nursing staff.
