Part time. 12 Hour shift 2-3 Days per week. Earliest beginning shift is 9am and the latest end time is 10pm. •must be willing to work weekends, weekdays, and holidays.
Compensation:
$8.50/HR + tips; employee discounts at all Bavarian Inn Inc. Retail, Dining, and Attractions outlets, Employee Water Park discounts, free lunch, and employee paid dental, vision, life insurance, and accidental insurance.
Job Description:
Responsible for the preparation of all beverages served in the Swim up Bar and Smoothie Bar; maintains stock in all Bar areas; maintains cleanliness of all Bar and Storage areas and equipment; collects payment for orders; keeps back bar liquor displays and retail merchandise full, clean and attractive; keeps company assets and money secured, follows all the Sanitation and Liquor laws, doesn't serve drinks to cabana servers without a chit slip.
Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Must be 18 years of age. Minimum of 6 months experience in a position of food service. Must have math skills enough to make change, calculate percentages, process discounts, ring up bills and have good accountability for collection of goods and services. Must be organized to be able to handle multiple tasks at once. Must be proficient in detecting and reconciling errors. Ability to stand and walk continuously. Ability to lift trays, racks of glasses, cases of beer or beverages and other items of similar weight.
