Job description: Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in fine dining environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for our guests in both fine dining and nightclub settings. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Engage with customers, taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for order processing and payment handling. Monitor customer consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices. Skills Proven experience in bartending or food service, preferably in fine dining environments. Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell beverages and menu items effectively. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements. Knowledge of food handling procedures to maintain high hygiene standards. Exceptional communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members. A friendly demeanor with a strong focus on customer service.
