Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring a positive experience for all patrons. This role requires excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Manage inventory of bar supplies, including restocking as necessary. Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, taking orders and offering recommendations. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using Touch Bistro POS or similar systems. Assist with catering events or banquets as needed, providing support during service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders. Skills Strong time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment. Experience in catering or banquet service is a plus. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Proficiency in food service techniques Familiarity with cash handling procedures to ensure accurate transactions. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. A positive attitude and willingness to help others in a team-oriented setting.
